I guess I should start by introducing myself as Scott Mountney.   People you meet on the internet usually want to know what you are about.    This probably happens somewhere between "hey,  anyone want to get cyber in this room?" and the obligatory one handed typing.    Since I don't participate in any of that stuff, this photo is purely for documentation of my existence for my internet friends.    This pretty much sums it up.    This offers some proof that I live near Seattle, but then again maybe not because only a tourist would be caught in a silly photo like this.    

I am a proud New Jersey native, and just like those salmon behind me, I will probably find my way home at some point.    Hopefully my trip home will not end in the same fashion as a salmon's.

As for what I am about, my hobbies include automobiles, motorcycles, skiing, woodworking, and travel.   I also like to listen to, collect, and trade music.    I am employed as an electrical engineer, which is probably best kept a secret.   I mean really, engineer..... is there no better way to scare away people at a party than to say "I am an engineer"?
